Boosting you to the next level

What is

Havas Boost?

Havas is fully committed to its ongoing goal of making a positive impact on the world: on people, on brands and on businesses.

We understand there’s enormous potential among less advantaged and under-represented groups and we’re doing everything in our power to realise that potential through the Havas Boost programme.

Through our research, we discovered 8 out of 10 of these groups felt their circumstances prevented them from entering the business world, while 79% saw a lack of funding and mentorship as barriers to their success.

2024 WINNER

CHRISTINA TAYLOR
Aim Sky High Talent

In 2024, Havas Media Network brought its Boost programme to Manchester with one goal in mind: back underrepresented entrepreneurs in the North West with real investment – specifically, £150,000 worth of media, strategic support and agency firepower. Our intent was to find someone doing powerful work in their community and help them scale it.

Christina is the founder of Aim Sky High Talent, a creative and talent agency that supports underrepresented voices across sport, entertainment and youth culture. What started as a small dance studio has grown into a platform that’s helped young performers reach international stages – working with artists such as Stormzy, Giggs and Justin Bieber. Aim Sky High Talent now includes influencer representation for well-known names like Mary Earps.

Since winning Boost, Christina has expanded her team, continues to work with Havas as a strategic partner, spoken at prestigious events, such as MAD//UpNorth, and has been featured in multiple industry publications.
